As a responsible entertainment venue, we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all our patrons and creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests and staff. To support this, we have made some changes to the way we provide our services. We kindly ask all patrons to present a valid photographic ID upon entry. This policy assists us to mitigate the risk of excluded individuals gaining access to our venue.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to provide the best experience for all our guests.


1. What is considered a valid type of ID?

Acceptable forms of photographic identification include:

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence or Learner Driver’s Permit with a photograph
  • Current passport
  • Proof of Age card or equivalent issued by an Australian State or Territory
  • National Identity Card

2. Can I use a digital copy of my ID?

We will accept any State or Territory digital drivers’ licence via the official State or Territory’s official application. No other digital ID or digital copies (ie: a photograph) of physical ID’s will be accepted.

3. What happens if I forget my ID?

Unfortunately, without a valid photographic ID you will not be allowed to enter the casino, including all food and beverage areas and function rooms. Please ensure you bring your ID with you to avoid any inconvenience.

4. Is this policy applicable to all casino patrons?

Yes, this policy applies to all patrons without any exceptions. Every individual wishing to enter the casino must present a valid form of ID.

5. When does this policy start?

This policy will be coming soon. Please ensure you have your valid photographic ID with you every time you come to the casino from this date forward to ensure a smooth entry process.

6. How does this policy help with the management of excluded patrons?

By verifying the IDs of all patrons, we can cross-check against the ACT Gambling Exclusion Database (ACTGED) and ensure that excluded individuals do not gain entry. This helps us

maintain a safe and responsible gaming environment for everyone and to assist those patrons who have self-excluded to not gain access to our venue.

7. What is the process for checking IDs at the entrance?

Upon arrival, our staff will ask to see your valid photographic ID. Your ID will be scanned and verified against the ACTGED database before allowing entry.

8. How is my personal information handled during the ID check?

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information is handled in accordance with data protection laws and is only used for the purposes of verifying entry eligibility. Please refer to our privacy statement and collection notice on our website and at the entrance to the venue.

9. Can I enter the casino if my ID is expired?

No, only current and valid IDs will be accepted. Please ensure your ID is up to date before visiting the casino.

10. Is there any other way to gain entry without an ID?

No, there are no exceptions to this policy. A valid photographic ID is required for entry under all circumstances.

11. What happens if I am excluded?

If your information appears on the excluded database, our security team will verify your details against our exclusion records. ACTGED will also be notified that you have tried to enter the venue. As a result, you will not be granted access to the venue.

If there is an error in your records, our team will work to rectify that error, however you will not be able to enter the casino until the error has been officially corrected by ACTGED (this may take several days).
