Senator’s Club – Membership Rules
As we constantly strive to improve our Senator’s Club program, the structure may need to be changed to provide even better rewards. The Casino may need to cancel existing points to do so. Of course, with regard to your membership level, we will allow you the maximum number of days to redeem your points.
Due to postage and handling costs, Red Senator’s Club Members outside of the ACT or Queanbeyan area will be charged a joining fee of $10.
To meet our legal requirements, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to join Senator’s Club.
Our Senator’s Club Programs include : Red, Gold and Platinum levels, all offer valuable rewards known as Complimentary Points or Comps. Comps can be used in the Casino for food, beverage, tournament entry, free parking and special offers.
You must present your Senator’s Membership card to the Dealer at the beginning of play to earn Comps.
Due to the value of Complimentaries, points will expire after the available period of a membership level – Senator’s Red members will have 30 days to use their accumulated points, Gold Members 60 days and Platinum Members 90 days.
Due to the value and nature of the special services provided to members, it is not possible to transfer Comps, benefits or membership.
Any reimbursement will be settled at the end of play.
All Complimentaries are subject to you having adequate Comp Points to cover the cost of the complimentary at normal retail value.
Discounted hotel rates will be subject to the availability of the hotel.
If you change address, we ask that you advise the Casino as soon as possible so that we can continue to provide you with the best of services and updates.
