After shuffling, each betting area (or box) and the dealer are dealt four tiles. Before play commences, the dealer removes any of the tiles dealt to a box that does not contain a bet.
In simple terms the object of the game is to form the best two hands possible with the four tiles you are dealt. The better of your two hands is called the High Hand, and the other the Low Hand.
If both your High and Low Hand win, your bet wins. If both your High and Low Hand lose, your bet loses. If one hand wins and the other hand loses, your bet is a Push (stand-off). If any High or Low Hand ties with the Bank, the Bank wins the tied hand. The House receives 5% commission from all winning bets. No commission is charged on any Push or losing bet.
Buying some Chips
Bets at the Casino are made with Casino chips. You purchase these at any of the tables. Simply place the amount you wish to invest (notes only) on the table and the Croupier will pass you the equivalent in chips.
Their value is clearly printed on each face. Chips may also be used to pay for Keno tickets. You can redeem your chips for cash at the Cashier’s window at any time.
